Archa lands $11 million to expand business credit card platform
Melbourne fintech Archa raised $11 million and a $50 million debt facility to grow business credit and working capital.
Archa, a Melbourne fintech founded a decade ago, raised $11 million in equity from executives at Zip, The Iconic, BetaShares and Netspace, plus US investor The Fintech Fund and former Macquarie executives.
The company also secured a $50 million debt facility to support lending to small businesses. Archa's platform provides business credit cards and working capital without requiring personal guarantees from company owners.
The funding will support product development, including AI tools to check purchases against company spending policies. The debt facility will enable lending decisions based on business performance rather than personal assets.
