Colbinabbin signs O'Shannessy and Crosbie as recruiting drive accelerates
Colbinabbin have signed six players this off-season to strengthen after back-to-back preliminary final losses.
Colbinabbin brought in Sam O'Shannessy from Eaglehawk and Jared Crosbie from Kilmore as part of their strong recruiting campaign. O'Shannessy, a former Bendigo Pioneer, offers flexibility across the ground.
Recent injuries limited him to seven games in the past two years. Crosbie brings VFL experience from four games with the Northern Bullants.
He will play midfield and forward. The club has now signed six players total.
This includes twins Hugh and Cooper Hamilton returning home. Coach Linton Jacobs says both new signings fit the club's direction.
They give the team pieces to climb the ladder after consecutive preliminary final losses.
