Sebastopol car fire spread to a house; police think it was targeted
A car burned in a carport on Albert Street just after 2am on Saturday, and a person inside escaped uninjured.
A fire destroyed a car and spread to a house on Albert Street in Sebastopol, Victoria. Emergency services were called just after 2am on Saturday, October 10.
The car was well alight in a carport, with fire spreading to the front of the house. A person inside the house escaped and was not injured, police said.
Police said that at this stage, investigators believe the incident was targeted. Albert Street was closed during the incident, and authorities said there was no threat to the community.
