PAC dies at age 40
British wrestler PAC, real name Benjamin Satterley, has died at 40 after competing in his final match on Sunday.
All Elite Wrestling announced the sudden death of PAC, a high-flying British wrestler who was one of AEW's original signings in 2019. Benjamin Satterley, from Newcastle upon Tyne, began wrestling in 2004 and performed across the world.
PAC was known for innovative aerial moves and strong in-ring skills. PAC's final match came Sunday against Andrade El Idolo at AEW's All Out pay-per-view in Chicago.
During his career he held the NXT and cruiserweight titles with WWE (under the name Adrian Neville) and the International and Trios championships with AEW. Fellow wrestlers and friends shared tributes, describing him as a talented performer and kind person.
Australian wrestler Kyle Fletcher called him a hero.
