Festivale Launceston announces rock, comedy and food lineup
Festivale Launceston in January 2027 features rock and comedy acts plus food from Tasmanian producers.
Festivale Launceston has announced its lineup for the event's 40th anniversary. The event runs across three days in January 2027 at City Park.
You Am I and Jet headline Friday night, followed by Something For Kate and The Cat Empire on Saturday. John Butler Trio closes Sunday.
Jet formed in Melbourne in 2001 and produced hits including Are You Gonna Be My Girl. Celebrity chef Adam Liaw and local chefs from across the state will present five one-hour cooking demonstrations.
Comedian Celia Pacquola headlines a comedy stage on Friday. The event will feature 70 stallholders showcasing Tasmanian produce and beverages.
They were selected from more than 140 applicants. Family activities on Sunday include face painting, laser tag and yoga for kids.
Tickets go on sale October 2, 2026.
