Jordon Butts leaves Adelaide Crows for Western Bulldogs on five-year deal
Adelaide's 26-year-old key defender Jordon Butts has chosen to join Western Bulldogs as a free agent on a five-year contract next month.
Jordon Butts informed both Adelaide and Western Bulldogs of his move on Friday after completing a medical at the Whitten Oval on Monday. The 26-year-old defender will transfer as a free agent on a five-year deal.
Butts played only nine games this year for Adelaide but managed 94 games across eight seasons at the Crows. The Bulldogs are building their defence around Butts, who will join James O'Donnell and Buku Khamis ahead of the 2027 season.
