Lou (Lubo) Zivanovic is a former Penrith rugby league player who, along with his wife Olivia, has listed their six-bedroom Dural estate. They purchased it for $11 million in October 2021.
Zivanovic was banned by ASIC from 2016 to 2019 after 18 building and construction companies he ran collapsed. Creditors lost $26.8 million in unpaid debts.
Zivanovic said most of this was owed to him through intercompany loans. The single-level home has travertine floors and a marble kitchen.
It also has a cinema, gym, games room with a bar, and wine cellar. An outdoor area includes a pool and spa.
