Quiet Listings uncovers hidden property prices agents keep from buyers
Australian startup Quiet Listings shows property price ranges that agents usually keep secret.
Quiet Listings is a free platform that pulls property listings directly from real estate websites and shows the hidden price ranges that agencies use when they mark homes as Contact Agent, Auction, or Expressions of Interest.
The startup has gathered more than 60,000 listings and generates thousands of enquiries each month. Founder Andrew McLeod built it to fix a major problem.
Buyers spend weeks looking at homes, then find out sellers want far more than the advertised price. The platform shows listings by date only and does not let agents pay for top placement, unlike Domain and realestate.com.au.
Quiet Listings attracted more than one million visitors in 2026, growing 20 to 30 per cent each month. McLeod expects to reach two million monthly users within 12 months.
