Xpeng launches L03 extended-range SUV in Australia from $41,900
Xpeng brings its L03 extended-range SUV to Australia, starting at $41,900 with over 1000km of range.
Xpeng is launching the L03 mid-size SUV in Australia as an extended-range electric vehicle, or EREV. An EREV uses a petrol engine to charge the battery.
The petrol engine does not drive the wheels directly. The EREV model starts at $41,900, the same price as the entry-level pure-EV.
Three pure-EV options are also available: Standard Range ($41,900), Long Range ($46,900), and Performance Ultra ($53,900). The L03's battery delivers 200km of range on electric power.
Total combined range exceeds 1000km. Advanced self-driving features including autonomous navigation will come via a 2027 software update.
Xpeng offers a seven-year unlimited-kilometre warranty. Service is needed every 12 months or 20,000km.
