Westbury welcomes back premiership player Liam Ryan, who missed last season with injury, while South Launceston also regains injured star Mitchell Cheesman. Riverside, last year's runners-up, has seen six first-grade players depart, including Ben Kidd and Jarrod Bailey who moved to Mowbray.
Launceston has recruited from within the league, bringing in premiership player Ben Humphrey and Varun Nadesh, who previously played for Burnie.
