Critica appoints commodities trading veteran to board ahead of mines sales push
Critica appointed commodities trader Hannah Badenach to its board ahead of developing two mining projects.

Badenach has more than 20 years of experience trading, marketing and financing commodities. Badenach spent 13 years at global commodity trader Noble Resources.
Hannah Badenach has negotiated international marketing, offtake and financing deals. She also served on boards of rare earths and metals companies.
Badenach's appointment comes as Critica's Mt Lindsay tin-tungsten project in Tasmania delivered a scoping study. It shows a pre-tax net present value of $1.42 billion.
The internal rate of return is 64.9 per cent. The company also recently produced its first high-purity rare earth oxide sample.
This came from its Jupiter project in Western Australia. It grades 98.2 per cent total rare earth oxides.
Badenach is taking her director fees in equity. This ties her pay directly to share price performance.
