Australian fragrance brand expands to 26 stores in 18 months
Australian perfume brand Àerre is opening 10 stores by Christmas.
Àerre started as an online-only perfume brand offering scents inspired by luxury brands but at a fraction of the price. The company opened its first shop at Westfield Parramatta in June 2025.
Àerre has since added 15 more locations across major shopping centres. Ten new stores will open over the next 10 weeks in Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, and Sydney.
Retail now makes up around 45% of the business revenue. Co-founder Alec Ramsey said the company picks locations using Google search data and its own sales figures.
Stefan Muff added that stores help customers discover the brand and smell scents before buying. The business is profitable and has taken no external funding since launch.
