Mercedes-AMG GT electric SUV arrives 2027 from €113,050
Mercedes-AMG's second all-electric car is a high-performance SUV with more interior space than the sedan it's based on.
Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the GT SUV, a new electric high-performance vehicle based on the brand's AMG.EA platform. The SUV shares design DNA with the GT 4-Door Coupe revealed in May, including similar grille styling and tail-light design.
The SUV is 10mm shorter front-to-rear, 42mm wider and 245mm taller than the sedan, creating more spacious cabin for passengers. Three drivetrains are available: the GT 53 with two motors, and the GT 55 and GT 63 with three motors each and targeted torque vectoring.
The entry-level GT 53 enters production first, with the 55 and 63 launching in Europe from mid-2027. Starting price is €113,050 in Germany.
