Larvotto Resources has reported high-grade drilling results from its Hillgrove project in New South Wales. The company says Hillgrove is set up to supply an estimated 7 per cent of world antimony demand.
One drill hole cut 20.5 metres at 9.4 grams of gold equivalent per tonne in the Blacklode structure. Drilling also found a new, shallow structure called the Echidna Lode, close to the surface.
The Echidna zone holds 11.2 metres at 6.7 grams of gold equivalent per tonne, starting just 63 metres down. The company is close to its first estimate of how much ore is there at Midas Gully.
