A 42-year-old Wodonga man died in a quad bike crash, the second fatal crash in the region in days.
A Wodonga man, 42, was killed in a quad bike crash at Huon Creek Road on Monday night around 8pm. Emergency workers found him critically injured and transported him to hospital, where he died.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner. A second fatal quad bike crash occurred at Osborne on Sunday when a footballer was allegedly being towed at the town's football ground.
He crashed into a goal post and died at the scene. A third quad bike crash was reported in Yackandandah on Monday.
