Canberra's industrial land running out, limiting jobs
The ACT has about 909 hectares of industrial land and no new releases planned for five years.

The ACT Government has identified the Eastern Broadacre area on the city's east side for potential industrial use. This area is close to freight routes and the airport.
The Property Council wants a strategic plan to protect industrial land. It also wants new employment areas for defence, advanced manufacturing, cyber security and logistics.
