Three generations of Mills family gather at Warrnambool school reunion

Maryanne Mills, who graduated in 1976, now has daughter Rebecca teaching and grandsons Max and Ruben enrolled at Emmanuel College.

Maryanne Mills attended St Ann's, which later merged with Warrnambool Christian Brothers College to become Emmanuel College. Maryanne Mills graduated in 1976 and forged friendships there that have lasted close to 50 years.

Rebecca teaches at a nearby primary school and also attended the college. Grandsons Max and Ruben just started year seven at Emmanuel.

On October 17, the school is holding a homecoming reunion for classes spanning from 1966 to 2016. Mills said she is looking forward to reconnecting with people she has not seen in 50 years, and noted that reunions now focus on simply being alive and together rather than careers.
