Diddy Combs reportedly hospitalised after injury at New Jersey prison
Reports call the head injury “non threatening”, and the cause is still unclear.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly taken to hospital after a head injury inside his New Jersey prison. Reports say an ambulance took him from Fort Dix, a federal prison, to hospital about 1am on Saturday.
The injury was described as “non threatening”, and how it happened remains unclear. Combs was reportedly conscious and able to speak when he returned to the prison before sunrise.
A representative said they are aware of the reports and are working to confirm the circumstances. He was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The Bureau of Prisons is now believed to have set his release for March 2, 2028. NBC News reported claims that he pays fellow prisoners thousands of dollars a month for massages.
The claims have not been independently verified.
