Suyash Sinha, 31, won bail on a stalking charge after allegedly misusing his government job to access information about a woman.
Sinha first reached out to the woman in January 2026. The woman clearly stated she did not want to speak with him.
Sinha continued contacting her over months. Sinha used multiple platforms and once contacted her in person.
Court heard he used his government contractor role to access information about her sibling. Messages to her showed what the magistrate called a degree of obsessiveness.
He used different Instagram names to flatter her and offer apologies. His employer stood him down without pay after learning of the allegations.
He was granted bail with strict conditions. These included living at his Franklin home and not contacting the woman or her family.
