North Ballarat held on to beat East Point 9.10 (64) to 9.8 (62) in a reserves grand final thriller.
North Ballarat led by 17 points at half-time but East Point stormed back in the final quarter. East Point kicked three quick goals to cut the margin to just three points with five minutes left.
North held its nerve, and East Point's final shot on goal went left. Cooper Beseler won best-on-ground for East Point.
The win caps a strong finals campaign for the Kangaroos after they trailed just four points at the last change.
