Canadian astronaut Joshua Kutryk and NASA astronaut Anil Menon installed the final solar array to complete ISS power upgrades.

Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk and NASA astronaut Anil Menon completed a spacewalk outside the International Space Station. The astronauts deployed the eighth and final solar panel, completing power upgrades to the station.

The panel was installed on the 3B channel. Kutryk wore a red-striped spacesuit while Menon wore an unmarked suit.

The spacewalk began at 8:36 a.m. Eastern time.

The upgraded arrays let the station support more research and crew work.
