Jeremy Greenwood told ICAC he paid consultant Anita Perrottet $660,000 for advice on keeping children away from vaping. The payments were made over two years.
Anita's own children were aged two and three at the time. ICAC counsel Dr Peggy Dwyer told him his evidence was ridiculous.
The commission found no emails or phone records showing any work Anita actually did. Greenwood says verbal advice is standard in lobbying.
