Bindi Raye is entirely AI, not a real FIFO worker on Instagram
An 80,000-follower Instagram FIFO persona is entirely AI-generated and directs followers to paid adult videos.
Bindi Raye presents herself as a young fly-in, fly-out mining worker on Instagram. She shares details about mess hall food, football, beach trips and adventures across WA and Queensland.
Bindi Raye has built more than 80,000 followers. But she does not exist.
Bindi Raye's face, voice and entire persona are artificial intelligence. Bindi Raye's Instagram feed does not label the content as AI.
But it directs followers to Fanvue, a subscription platform. Subscribers pay up to $115 for adult videos plus $9.24 a month.
Meta confirmed the account breaks its disclosure rules and has begun removing it. A University of Queensland researcher examined the videos.
She found them almost 100 per cent AI-generated. There were visible problems with lip sync, frame glitches and shadows.
The person behind the accounts remains unknown.
