A new development called Marigold is being built above Taylor's town centre in the ACT. Marigold has just 38 two-storey homes: 13 two-bedroom and 25 three-bedroom apartments.
Each has two bathrooms, a private terrace, two car spaces and basement storage. Below will be a Coles supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, barber, Indian grocer, takeaway and cafe.
The homes are energy-efficient, rated six to eight stars. Building is underway.
It will finish in mid-2027. The development suits first-home buyers and people downsizing who want to stay in Gungahlin.
