Reality TV star and fitness entrepreneur Sam Wood remains in custody after police arrested him on October 3 in Noosa following an alleged domestic violence incident. Sam Wood is charged with assault causing bodily harm and strangulation in a domestic setting.
Snezana, his wife, told police she was choked to the point she could not breathe and thought she was going to die. Wood's legal team says he denies strangling her and may claim self-defence.
His gym The Woodshed in Brighton has already painted over his logo. His former company 28 by Sam Wood, now operated by parent company DBG Health, terminated all commercial arrangements with him immediately.
Multiple fitness partners, including Jules Robinson from Married At First Sight, have ended their professional relationships with the brand.
