July luggage rewards customers with new points program

July's Frequent Flyers program earns one point per dollar spent, with higher tiers offering multipliers and perks.

July, the Australian luggage brand, has launched its Frequent Flyers loyalty program ahead of the Christmas shopping season. Customers earn one point for every dollar spent and can redeem points across July's range of luggage, bags and accessories.

Higher membership tiers unlock points multipliers, VIP service and free express shipping. The company is banking on repeat purchases and gifting to drive growth, even as cost-of-living pressures squeeze households.

Co-founder Athan Didaskalou said the challenge is encouraging customers to return when they might only need a new suitcase every few years. July is also expanding its physical retail network, which now includes 15 Australian stores and a new Melbourne flagship.
