Tyler Harvey hits 200 Hawks games while the team sits last
Harvey had 11 points, three assists and three rebounds in a 110-100 loss to Cairns.
Tyler Harvey became just the 11th player in Illawarra Hawks history to play 200 games for the club. Harvey scored 11 points, with three assists, three rebounds and a steal in a 110-100 loss to Cairns.
Former champion Damon Lowery criticised Harvey after just two points and only two shots in a loss. Lowery said Harvey needed to make up for that performance immediately.
Harvey said he does not listen to critics and cares only about his 15 teammates' opinions. The Hawks sit last with a 1-6 record after losing both home games in round four.
Harvey was the reason the Hawks made the play-offs for the first time since 2017.
