Collingwood coach Craig McRae has spoken to Richmond's Jayden Short about joining the Magpies this off-season.
Craig McRae has reportedly spoken with Jayden Short about a move to Collingwood. Short plays for Richmond and remains under contract with two more years to run.
Collingwood believes he is attainable this October. The 30-year-old knows McRae from his time on Richmond's coaching panel.
Short will speak with his management in coming days about his options. Collingwood has already signed Jesse Hogan, a Coleman medallist, and is chasing Lachie Neale, a dual Brownlow medallist, as the Magpies reshape their list.
