Drake revealed his FOMO project is a film, not an album, arriving September 15.
Drake released a teaser on Saturday for his mystery project "Fear of Missing Out". It settled weeks of fans wondering if it would be an album, music video, or world tour.
The teaser shows a man, probably Drake, zooming across a calm ocean in a neon green speedboat. A narrator talks about two versions of a life.
One version: you avoid risk and pull back from yourself. The other: you find what you're looking for.
Drake described the project in an Instagram caption as a "not so short film directed and scored by the family" coming September 15. Drake's last major release came earlier this year.
He dropped three albums at once: "Iceman," "Habibti," and "Maid of Honour". These contained 43 songs and featured work with Future, 21 Savage, and others.
