ChatGPT gets interactive buttons, charts and calculators with GPT-6
OpenAI's new Intelligent UI adds interactive buttons, charts and graphs to GPT-6.
OpenAI is making ChatGPT much more visual. The company's new Intelligent UI feature, arriving Wednesday with GPT-6, adds interactive elements users can work with: tappable buttons, a customized calculator for specific tasks, interactive charts, editable graphs, and more.
The goal is to make learning complex topics easier and help users get things done faster. In demonstrations, the chatbot quickly created diagrams to explain how airplane wings generate lift, visuals for recipes, hiking maps, and personal savings calculators.
Users who prefer text can dial back the visuals. The rollout is global for Pro, Plus, Business and Enterprise subscribers immediately, with free and Go tier access arriving Thursday.
