Josh Addo-Carr set for Eels return after drug test proved false
Josh Addo-Carr is set to return to Parramatta if the NRL approves, after a second drug test came back negative.
The NRL winger met with the Eels board on Monday to make his case. Police took no action after the second test came back negative.
Addo-Carr checked into rehab after the first positive test cost him sponsorships. The 31-year-old is in his final year of his $450,000-a-season contract.
He was sacked by the Bulldogs after two positive roadside tests in 2024. The NRL Integrity Unit must finish its investigation before he can play again.
