Sam Wood bail hearing delayed as domestic violence case advances
The fitness influencer is in jail on the Sunshine Coast waiting for his bail hearing.
Sam Wood, a fitness influencer from The Bachelor, has spent several nights in custody on the Sunshine Coast. Police arrested the 46-year-old after reports of domestic violence at a Noosa property on Saturday night.
Sam Wood was charged with assault and strangulation at home. Wood's bail hearing was moved from 9am Thursday to after 2pm.
His lawyer asked for the later time so a barrister could travel back from the Gold Coast. Wood says he will fight the charges.
His online fitness company stood him down on Monday.
