A red Mitsubishi and black Hyundai collided Friday afternoon. The crash was at McKoy Street and the Hume Freeway in West Wodonga.
The Mitsubishi had a shattered windscreen and heavy body damage. Paramedics came around 1:25pm.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed no one needed emergency care or transport. There have been multiple collisions at the intersection.
The intersection was upgraded in 2018. Further safety work, including overpasses, was discussed and funded.
But it was then abandoned. The repeated collisions raise questions about whether the 2018 upgrade fixed the dangers.
