Carrie and Tommy sign off after ten years on Hit Network radio

Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little's decade-long show on Hit Network concludes at year's end.

The Carrie and Tommy show wraps up at the end of 2026, marking another casualty in Australia's radio industry. The pair spent nearly a decade together, and Bickmore was tearful during the October announcement.

Bickmore appeared unbothered at Derby Day just two weeks later. The network's farewell press release contained errors.

It listed achievements they had never accomplished and misspelled Bickmore's Beanies for Brain Cancer foundation as "Brian cancer". Bickmore joked the release looked like it came from an AI chatbot.

The show's exit adds to the mounting struggles facing Australian radio.
