Wollongong man admits flashing police and bus full of people
Bradley Lonesborough, 34, admitted to scaring police, rude behavior, and not following police orders.
Police were called to Burelli Street in Wollongong on 8 October after reports a man had scared a woman at a bus stop around 5.40am. Bradley Lonesborough was found by police at the same bus stop around 7.15am.
When asked to show a shoulder tattoo for ID, he became angry and swore at police. Lonesborough pulled down his pants and exposed his underwear while making rude comments.
The behavior got worse when he turned around and showed his bare buttocks to police and a full bus of people. Police put him in handcuffs and took him to Wollongong Police Station.
Lonesborough was absent from Wollongong Local Court on 27 October when guilty pleas were entered for all three charges. Judge Geraldine Beattie put the case off until December.
