Body found in remote NSW farm stockyard
A body was found partially submerged in a stockyard on a remote farm near Terragon, NSW on Monday morning.
Police found a body partly submerged in a stock dip on a property on Kyogle Rd at Terragon, about 20 kilometres south of Murwillumbah in NSW. The discovery was made around 11.20am on Monday.
Officers from Tweed/Byron Police District are investigating. The sex and identity of the deceased are unknown.
The scene has been kept for expert forensic examination. A post-mortem will be done in the coming days to find who the person was and cause of death.
