Twelve Apostles centre opens with focus on local producers

The Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre will open in mid-October 2026 on Victoria's Great Ocean Road. Elizabeth Andrews Catering will operate two food and drink outlets.
The distillery and ice creamery are Timboon partners in the venture. Both want more south-west makers featured in the retail and food sections.
The centre will include a 230-seat restaurant and cafe and a walk-up kiosk. It also has an information desk, a retail shop and a rooftop trail.
Local council has encouraged the state to focus on local producers when stocking the venue. The goal is to draw visitors inland to experience the region's farm gates, distilleries, cellar doors and galleries.
