Wodonga clubs meet for first grand final in netball
Wodonga Raiders and Wodonga contest the inaugural A-grade netball grand final on Sunday.
The Ovens and Murray Football Netball League grand final day is on Sunday, September 20, with local derbies in both senior football and A-grade netball. In netball, Wodonga Raiders and Wodonga will clash for the first time in a grand final.
Raiders claimed their first flag last year. Wodonga has not contested a grand final since their 2015 triumph.
In senior football, Wangaratta face Wangaratta Rovers, the league's strongest rivals. Rovers hold a 4-1 advantage from five recent meetings, including last year's 15-point win.
