Man critical after taxi strikes him in Ultimo early Monday
A man in his 20s struck by a taxi on Harris Street in Ultimo at 3am is now in critical condition.
Emergency services came to Harris Street in Ultimo about 3am Monday. A pedestrian had been hit by a car.
Police found the man, aged in his 20s, critically injured and started CPR right away. Paramedics treated him and took him to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
The taxi driver, a man in his 50s, was not hurt. He had mandatory testing.
Police are investigating.
