Crows Nest Soul Pattinson pharmacy has notified patients of a cyber attack. RxM Management, which manages the pharmacy, was the target.
An unauthorised person may have accessed patient records up to 19 March 2026. Anyone who provided personal information to the pharmacy by that date may have been affected.
Affected patients should contact ID Support NSW on 1800 001 040 for help. The service is open weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
