Alisha and Deanne score just 24 points after apple tart fails
The South Australian pair scored 24 points after their dessert disaster, lowest on the board.
Alisha and Deanne returned to My Kitchen Rules' kitchen with fresh confidence at their Hot Mess instant restaurant. Alisha and Deanne's entrée and main course impressed, but their apple tart dessert fell apart.
The other teams awarded them just 24 points, landing them at the bottom of the leaderboard. Deanne defended their work afterwards, saying the dessert wasn't as bad as the score suggested.
Alisha admitted the apple tart was an epic fail but blamed the pressure and outside noise. Both said they'd wanted to step up from their first cook and show the gate crashers what they could do.
