Rising Star favourite Jordyn Allen offered deal to stay at Melbourne
Melbourne has offered Jordyn Allen, a Rising Star frontrunner, a two-year deal through 2029 amid interest from expansion side Tasmania.
Jordyn Allen is Melbourne's leading Rising Star contender this season, averaging 18.6 disposals per game. The Demons have offered the 23-year-old a new deal that would keep her at the club until 2029.
Tasmania, entering AFLW for the first time, is keen to pursue Allen as a potential founding signing, with links through list manager Cody Baker, who drafted her to Melbourne last December. Allen slipped through to pick 16 in last year's draft but has excelled at senior level.
