Sam Pang launches season three of Sam Pang Tonight after Gold Logie win

The comedian and Gold Logie winner returns with season three of his late-night chat show.

Sam Pang won his first Gold Logie award a couple of months ago and is now returning with season three of Sam Pang Tonight. It's his self-titled late-night chat show.

The new season starts this week. It's been an unusually busy year for Pang.

He hosted The Front Bar, the AFL chat show on Channel 7. He appeared regularly on Have You Been Paying Attention on Channel 10.

He starred in Ground Up, his first scripted comedy series, for the ABC. This season of the Tonight Show will change format slightly.

The first two seasons were filmed live. This time the team will explore shooting earlier in the day.

They will still produce one hour of TV per week. Returning guests and regular segments like the Wheel of Segments will come back.

Former guest announcers like Kitty Flannagan, Anne Edmonds and Lawrence Mooney will rotate through.
