James Parrett is described as Caucasian with fair complexion, short brown messy hair, brown eyes and glasses. Police believe he is traveling in a red Kia Rio with ACT registration YOM07E, which has distinctive hail damage to its panels.
He is known to frequent the NSW South Coast area. Anyone who spots him or the vehicle should contact ACT Policing on 131 444 and quote reference number 8480993.
