Two tried for stabbing Tara Morrison to death in Busselton
Tara Morrison, 38, was stabbed repeatedly and found dead in a wardrobe at their Busselton home.
Two people are on trial in Western Australia for the April 2024 murder of Tara Morrison, 38. Hannah Louise Glover, 30, and James Anthony Sorgiovanni, 29, are accused of stabbing Morrison repeatedly at their Busselton home, about 220km south of Perth.
Prosecutors told the court most wounds targeted her neck and chest. Court testimony described Morrison screaming for around 30 minutes as the attack occurred.
Her body was found in a wardrobe with evidence of blood throughout the home. Morrison's palm print was found on the front door, suggesting she struggled to escape.
Three knives allegedly used in the attack were recovered from the home. Glover and Sorgiovanni have pleaded not guilty.
