A fifth complainant will testify Jones allegedly kissed and touched him when he was 17 years old.

The man alleges Jones kissed him on the mouth and touched his bottom during a visit to Jones's house in the NSW Southern Highlands. The complainant was 17 at the time; Jones was in his mid-70s.
