Jesse Hogan joins Collingwood on 2-year deal from GWS
The 2024 Coleman Medal winner joins Collingwood after GWS declined to offer him a contract for 2027.
Jesse Hogan has joined Collingwood from Greater Western Sydney on a two-year deal, with the Magpies sending pick 75 to the Giants. GWS did not offer Hogan a new contract for 2027.
The 31-year-old won the 2024 Coleman Medal by kicking 77 goals in 25 games and was named All-Australian that year. Collingwood is Hogan's fourth AFL club, following spells at Melbourne, Fremantle and GWS.
The Magpies' recruitment drive continues: just a week earlier, they secured two-time Brownlow Medal winner Lachie Neale as a free agent.
