The 2282-hectare property has 486 hectares of cultivation land with rich black soil known for strong crops. A further 81 hectares have recently been developed for cropping.
The rest is grazing country with mixed soils. The property has creek frontage and an artesian bore supplying water through an extensive system.
Negotiations with interested buyers continue.
