Five women named finalists for inaugural Australian Agriculture Awards
Five finalists from each state compete in the first Australian Agriculture Awards. The top prize is a $181,000 Toyota truck.

Olivia Lawson leads Paringa Livestock in Victoria. Sonya Comiskey started Pine Tree Projects to help with farming technology.
Anna Madden is an agronomist working with beneficial insects. Sharon Starick has been chair of the GRDC since 2024.
Category winners get $5,000 each. The top winner becomes Australian Agriculture Medallist and wins a $181,000 Toyota Tundra truck.
