Pakistani airstrikes on Monday struck Kunar province and Paktika district. At least one house in Kunar province was hit.
Three family members were killed and four others were hurt, according to Taliban deputy spokesperson Hamdullah Fitrat. In Barmal District of Paktika, two locations were bombed.
A shop and an empty house were destroyed with no reported deaths. The attacks came days after a police facility in northwest Pakistan was hit.
At least 16 people were killed there. Pakistan and Afghanistan have clashed repeatedly over militancy and cross-border attacks.
In March, a Pakistani airstrike on Kabul killed more than 400 people. Pakistan claimed it hit military targets.
The Taliban said it destroyed a rehabilitation centre.
